Where is the Ping 'swing tempo' app?

The OS2 advertisements show a "Ping" app that calculates swing tempo from the watch. Doesn't seem to matter where I search but this app doesn't appear anywhere. Does anyone know if this app is available and if so, where exactly to find it?

If it's not available, why would they advertise an app/capability that would not be available at the launch date?
